Dynamic long-range shooting competition emphasizes movement and speed—and the Kahles K525i DLR Riflescope is specifically designed for this exciting sport. The DLR series matches the optical quality and specifications of the K525i series, but adds controls designed to be used on the fly: a center-mounted parallax spinner that can be operated with either hand; a right-side mounted windage turret with anti-twist design that prevents the turret from being accidentally turned; a long throw lever for fast zooming; larger, easier-to-see numbers on the elevation and windage turrets, and a wide field of view for quick target acquisition.

The low end of the wide magnification range, with its generous field of view (23.2' at 100 yards), makes it easy to locate your target, and the 25x maximum magnification gives you a sharply detailed view when you zoom in. The SKMR4 reticle sits in the first focal plane so the subtensions remain accurate at all magnifications, and the thin hairs are illuminated to make it easier to see in low or challenging light. Shot corrections are made on zero-stop turrets at 0.1 MRAD/click with a broad 29 MRAD elevation range to provide long-distance shooters the room they need. Large numbers on the turrets show you at a glance how far you've adjusted from zero, and the turrets deliver a full 100 clicks per turn. Kahles integrates the parallax adjustment into the elevation turret and added the easy-to-reach spinner to make correction quick and easy with either hand. The windage turret features Kahles' TWIST GUARD designed with a free-spinning cover that prevents the dial from being accidentally turned.

Designed to withstand the rigors of the hunt, the K525i is built with a robust 34mm one-piece maintube made of lightweight and durable aluminum that can hold up to the heavy recoil associated with high-caliber rifles used in long-range hunting and shooting. The housing is nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed to make it waterproof and resistant to internal fogging in extreme weather conditions and temperatures.
